Analogies between the Scientific Representation of the World and Linguistics Man has created several theories (naive creation myths, phylosophical explanations and theories based on theoretical physics) about the formation and function of the world. If we accept the notion that human language is a device of the mental representation of reality (i.e. we live in a world constructed by words), then it seems obvious that theories about the functions of language are connected to current world explanations. I will show that some kind of analogies (some witty, some shockingly bizarre) can be manifested. I propose the incorporation of two liguistic schools already in contact and I will pose the question: the reason of the development and usage of language may be even more fundamental than the selfishness presupposed by the evolutionists. Finally, I will introduce the concept of verbal agnosia.
