| Abstract dc.description.abstract | The thesis explores cultural integration in kindergarten through the comparison of the education systems of the Netherlands and Hungary. The theoretical overview details concepts connected to the topic and describes the approach of the two countries to cultural integration. The research consists of three parts: a document analysis of guidelines and websites, interviews with 22 teachers, personal observations and reflections; and aims to find applicable methods of cultural integration. | hu_HU |
