Early Childhood Bilingualism in the Family and in Daycares

Abstract

In this thesis, my research purpose is to investigate the everyday lives of a few international families from parental perspectives, in order to find the answer for my research question regarding whether culture is really connected to language in these families or not. I aim to compile some typical difficulties that these families face while experiencing how they view and handle multiple languages and cultures, solve various situations and develop their approach to different child behaviors.
