Abstract
dc.description.abstract
This study examines the role of autonomy, relatedness and competence satisfaction and frustration in turnover intentions, work engagement and work satisfaction. The strongest connections were found between autonomy satisfaction/frustration and work engagement. Altogether, the results indicate that the satisfaction and frustration of the three basic psychological needs affect turnover intentions, work engagement and work satisfaction in various ways.hu_HU
