Absztrakt:
This study examines the role of autonomy, relatedness and competence satisfaction and frustration in turnover intentions, work engagement and work satisfaction. The strongest connections were found between autonomy satisfaction/frustration and work engagement. Altogether, the results indicate that the satisfaction and frustration of the three basic psychological needs affect turnover intentions, work engagement and work satisfaction in various ways.
