Abstract
dc.description.abstract
This thesis is about testing the metdatproc correction program, which uses conditional merging to correct radar-estimated precipitation values with rain gauge measurements. Testing was carried out for Hungary between 01/07/2019 and 31/12/2019. Results show that conditional merging with linear interpolation increases the precision of radar estimations considerably, thus also enhances the opportunities of hydrological modeling for water resources management and flood risk analysis in the country.hu_HU
