Abstract

Twenty-five years after being signed, Dayton agreements are considered to be a failed frame of government, where Bosnia and Herzegovina is merged in a sway of economic, social, and political problems with tied hands under a structure that does not foster consensus or decision-making and stops the country from moving forward.
