Cultural differences secondary school students concerning occupational interest at the age of 16 and the importance of career education

Abstract

Several issues might appear if career education was not implemented in early age such the issue of school to work transition hence, career education should be implemented in schools. There is an overview of career education, their main features and the need of career education in order to avoid school-to-work transition issues, along with social-cultural differences in shaping students career interest.
